Since we provide the driver, the process is simple! We only need:

Your itinerary (pickup location, destination, and duration).
Flight details (for airport transfers).
For airport pickups and city travel, 24 hours’ notice is ideal. For weddings or long-distance trips outside of Addis Ababa, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure your preferred vehicle is available.
Yes! All our quotes include both the vehicle rental and the professional driver’s service.
Typically, fuel is not included in the daily rental rate. We provide the car with a full tank, and the client refills it as needed or pays for the fuel consumed during the trip. We can also provide “fuel-inclusive” quotes upon request for specific corporate or airport transfer packages.
For overnight trips outside the city, the client is responsible for the driver’s basic accommodation and meals, or a small daily allowance (per diem) can be added to the total contract price.
